Platform Services
If you use our AI dashboard, lead forms, or marketing automations ("Platform"), the following terms apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service.
User Accounts
- • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- • One account per user unless otherwise authorized
- • Account sharing is prohibited
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
- • No reverse-engineering of the Platform
- • No reselling or redistributing access
- • No spamming through Platform tools
- • No abusive or harmful activities
Service Availability
Uptime Commitment: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- No guarantees of uninterrupted access
- Service credits may be provided for extended outages at our discretion
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
Data Usage & Privacy
Your Data Protection
- • All data input into the Platform is processed per our Privacy Policy
- • We do not train AI models on your private business data
- • Your data remains your property
- • Data encryption in transit and at rest
- • Regular security audits and monitoring
Account Termination
By Us
We may suspend or revoke access for:
- Violations of these terms
- Abusive behavior
- Non-payment of fees
- Security concerns
By You
You can cancel your account at any time:
- Contact support for cancellation
- Data export available upon request
- No refunds for partial months
- Access ends at billing cycle completion

Access to AI-powered marketing insights, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. Results are for guidance only and should be validated by human expertise.
Lead Forms
Customizable lead capture forms with automated follow-up capabilities. You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws and obtaining proper consent.
Marketing Automations
Automated email sequences, social media posting, and campaign management. Usage limits may apply based on your subscription tier.
Support & Updates
- • Email support available during business hours
- • Platform updates deployed regularly
- • New features added based on user feedback
- • Documentation and tutorials provided
- • Training sessions available for enterprise clients
Billing & Subscription
Platform access is provided on a subscription basis. Billing terms are outlined in your subscription agreement and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
